How quickly will I see results?+
Most clients see their first qualified discovery calls booked within 14–21 days of the system going live. Closed deals typically happen by the end of month one, depending on your average sales cycle length.
Do I need an existing sales team?+
No. Many of our clients are solo founders doing their own sales. We build a system that works for one person, then scales as you hire. If you do have a team, we train them as part of the engagement.
Which CRM do you work with?+
We work across HubSpot (free and paid tiers), Pipedrive, Close CRM, and Notion-based systems. We'll recommend the right tool for your stage and budget, then build it out completely — not just hand you a template.
What's the minimum commitment?+
The Sales Audit is a single session with no ongoing commitment — it's a great way to start if you're not sure. The System Build is a one-time project (4–6 weeks). The Retainer is month-to-month after an initial 3-month period.
What if I already have a CRM?+
Great — we'll audit what you have, clean it up, and build on top of it. We don't force a tool change if your current CRM can do the job. We optimise what's already there before recommending a switch.
How is this different from hiring a sales consultant?+
